1. About Kujera

Kujera designs and sells contemporary furniture including chairs, beds, sofas, and lamps through our online store. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean Kujera. References to "you" mean the customer or site visitor.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to purchase from Kujera. By using this site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products & pricing

• Product images, dimensions, materials, and colors are shown for illustration. Slight variations in wood grain, fabric tone, or finish may occur because many pieces are crafted from natural materials.
• Prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and include applicable taxes only where stated. Shipping fees, if any, are calculated before you confirm payment.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to limit quantities. If an error affects a confirmed order, we will contact you before processing it.

4. Orders & payment

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing mistakes.

Payment must be completed using the methods offered at checkout. You authorize us to charge the total amount shown, including product price, taxes, and delivery fees.

5. Shipping & delivery

Estimated delivery windows are provided at checkout and in your confirmation email. Delivery times may vary by location and product type. Large furniture items may require scheduled delivery or in-home placement.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provide. Please inspect items on arrival and report visible damage within 48 hours using our contact form.

6. Returns & refunds

Our return policy allows eligible items to be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Custom-made or final-sale items may not be returnable.

Return shipping costs and restocking fees, if applicable, will be disclosed before you complete a return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. See our Returns policy for full details.

7. Warranty

Kujera furniture is covered by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use for one (1) year from delivery. This warranty does not cover damage from misuse, improper assembly, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, scrape content, interfere with site operation, or use our services for unlawful purposes. We may suspend access if we believe these Terms have been violated.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site—including logos, product photography, text, and design assets—is owned by Kujera or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kujera is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
